We talked about the knights of old and how they lived with a code of chivalry. This code was a set of manners and behavior that showed the utmost respect and courtesy to others. If you could add THREE rules to a modern code of chivalry, what would they be? Why? BE SPECIFIC! Do not just say "Be respectful." or "Be nice." These things are a given. I mean be specific, like "Do not pop gum in class. It is loud and hard to hear the teacher." Or, "Boys should always offer a girl his jacket if she is cold. This is nice because boys are supposed to be tougher anyways and should be able to deal with the cold better." The rules can be for anyone or they can be gender or age specific. The rules can be about little or big things, but must promote respect, courtesy or kindness in some way.
